This one, Lapo, is on two floors, while Lusy and Petty occupy one floor. All three apartments have interconnecting doors so if you want to share your Spirit of Tuscany experience with friends or another family you have a variety of options: Lapo + Lusy (sleeps 8+4), Lapo + Petty (sleeps 6+2), Petty + Lusy (sleeps 6+2) or Lapo + Lusy + Petty all together (sleeps 10+2)!
