Tenuta di Fracesca is a working farm embracing over 350 hectares of rolling hills covered in vineyards, olive groves and fields of wheat and barley. From here, you can enjoy spectacular views over the surrounding countryside with its wooded hills of oak and chestnut. This historic estate (the original old farm building dates back to 1370) is only 10km from the charming village of Peccioli. From this peaceful location you are also handy to several famous Tuscan cultural centres such as Pisa  (50km), San Gimignano (45km), Volterra (25km) and Lucca (55km).

Tenuta di Francesca comprises three villas, each with its own private pool. Monte and Giulia are upstairs in one villa, Camino and Prospero upstairs in another – and Guardia is a separate villa on its own. All the apartments at Tenuta di Francesca have been sympathetically-restored in traditional Tuscan style using local materials and retaining many original features of the old building. The pools are discreetly located behind hedges and shrubs or in their own lawn area for complete privacy and seclusion. There is also a wine cellar and shop on site where you can sample and purchase the estate wines and olive oils.

Guardia is a separate villa on two floors that used to be the gamekeeper’s house on the estate. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. French doors open from the kitchen onto the private rear garden where you can enjoy your meals. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a fireplace and a small kitchenette. The villa is surrounded by beautiful garden and has its own exclusive 6 x 4m swimming pool.
