Santa Francesca is set on a hill amidst cypress trees with breathtaking views over the rolling Tuscan countryside. This large traditional old stone farmhouse comprises four beautiful apartments – two on the ground floor (Il Capanno and La Limonaia) and two on the first (Il Fienile and Il Loggiato) - each lovingly restored in the traditional 19th century style of the original building. 

Each apartment has its own pathway and private entrance as well as a large open area where you can take your meals without being disturbed. All are beautifully decorated and fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. A washing machine is available for all apartments in a dedicated utility room and a baby cradle is available on request. Guests also benefit from the large, 7x14 metre swimming pool where you can relax in the sun and enjoy a most memorable Tuscany villa holiday.

Il Fienile and La Loggiato share a double door which can be unlocked to make the two apartments into one capable of sleeping up to eight people.

Furthermore, a large ground floor communal dining room with kitchen is available for an extra weekly rental if you take three or all four apartments in Santa Francesca.
