Oliveto is located deep in the Tuscan countryside, on a quiet country lane with stunning, far-off views of wooded hills and olive groves. This traditionally-renovated farmhouse villa offers accommodation in two separate villettas as well as an apartment. The garden has been beautifully landscaped with olive trees, flowering borders, trellis work, stone walls and lawn on several levels - with a sparkling 11 x 5 metre swimming pool set below the accommodation.

Whatever you want from your Spirit of Tuscany holiday, Oliveto delivers. The peace and seclusion of the surrounding countryside, the bars and shops of nearby Cortona (4km) or the  charm of Arezzo (26km) – you get it all at this Tuscany villa. Siena is also easily reachable in a day trip as is Florence, a bit further afield up the fast A1 motorway.

This villa in Tuscany comprises an apartment in the main farmhouse called Il Gelsomino as well as two further villettas in the garden. Capable of sleeping up to 5 people, Il Girasole is the largest while Il Mandorlo, sleeping 2-4 people, is the most secluded. All accommodation benefits from the stunning views.

Il Mandorlo is located below the main villa overooking the swimming pool (see diagram) and offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Designed as a private villetta for a couple seeking peace and relaxation, Il Mandorlo is nevertheless capable of sleeping 4 with the use of the double sofa bed in the living room (price on request depending on number of people). As with Il Gelsomino, you get a living room that includes a small kitchen area offering a microwave, gas hob and a fridge – with the double bedroom and bathroom off.
