It is located on the rugged Monte Argentario peninsula just off the scenic road out of Porto Santo Stefano to offer the best of both worlds. You can dine in peace and tranquillity on the spacious covered balcony while appreciating the stunning views. Yet while it is in a secluded position, La Panoramica is nevertheless handy to the restaurants and pizzerias of the bustling seaside town of Porto Santo Stefano.

La Panoramica has two entrances and an electric gate that is shared with four other villas along the private driveway. The villa itself is spacious and airy and is arranged on two floors. A flight of steps beside the villa (see photo 16 above) leads to the beaches 200 metres below, where you will find small rocky coves lined with hotels, restaurants and bars.
