La Marina is a spacious family villa overlooking the sea on the Talamone peninsula south of Grosseto. With stunning views and only 80 metres down some steps to the azure sea, this light and airy villa offers all the peace and seclusion you could possibly want on your Tuscany villa holiday.

La Marina also has some colourful historical connections! The famous Italian general, Garibaldi, spent a couple of days in the house in May 1860 while gathering forces for his military campaign to reunite Italy. And we also have it on good authority that a scene from the second Daniel Craig Bond film, ‘Quantum of Solace’, was shot in the bay below in April 2008. You can’t get much more exciting than that!

At La Marina, you will enjoy the beautiful garden, a large terrace where you can dine and enjoy the view and spacious comfortable accommodation inside. You enter La Marina from Garibaldi Square dominated by a church spire which gently tolls the hour and half hour up until 8.30pm (it starts again at 8.30am). Once inside, a corridor takes you to the spacious living room with a double sofa bed. The two double bedrooms are off this, as is the bathroom with shower and bath.
