La Casetta

La Casetta is a cosy little villa in Tuscany offering style and relaxation in the countryside in the north of Orcia Valley. Situated in a quiet valley surrounded by wooded hills and cypress trees, this intimate little Tuscany villetta is handy to the attractions of Pienza, Trequanda, Montepulciano and Montalcino. Nearby, on the road to Pienza, is the monastery of Sant’Anna in Camprena where the film, The English Patient, was shot.

La Casetta itself is surrounded by lawn and garden a short distance from the main house, which contains another charming little apartment called Elena.

From the edge of your secluded swimming pool at La Casetta, you can enjoy magnificent views of the tree-covered hills and the nearby small town of Castelmuzio. Inside, the main room contains the double bed, dining table and chairs, TV and dressing tables. The bathroom and 'scullery' style kitchen are small rooms off.

Outside this delightful Tuscany villa is a delightful vine-covered patio for al fresco dining and enjoying a bottle of delightful Tuscan wine while around the back you can grill sausages, chicken or fish on the outside grill/BBQ.
