Il Marchese is a delightful converted old farmhouse containing three apartments (‘Caminetto’, ‘Granaio’, ‘Il Pozzo’) located just outside the historic town of Pescia. In fact, it is only a short walk (1km) from the local shops, bars and pizzerias of this historic Tuscan town, where you can also catch the train to Florence, Lucca, Pisa and the beaches at Versilia.

Il Marchese is painted in traditional Tuscan terracotta and offers a large beautiful garden with a barbeque, a wood-burning oven, a gazebo, a parking area and an above-ground swimming pool at the far end. All the apartments at Il Marchese have traditional furniture and each has a personal covered fenced patio overlooking the garden.
 
‘Pozzo’ has a living/dining room with a sofa and a cooking area on the ground floor. The double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor.
