This carefully refurbished Tuscan farmhouse sits in a beautiful position along a private farm road lined with cypress trees. Le Selvette is only 1km from the village of Arcille with its restaurants and bar, and 23km from the white sandy beaches beyond Grosseto.

Le Selvette has been lovingly restored in the typical Tuscan style with vaulted brick ceilings, arches and stone floors. As with most of our accommodation, it offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. You can sit on your private patio enjoying a meal with a glass of local wine while appreciating splendid views of distant cypress trees, olive groves and wheat fields.

The house offers two apartments on the ground floor: this one, Leccio, and Melograno. Each apartment has a private garden with a fenced-off lawn area. There is also a first floor apartment which can be rented by ground floor guests for €220/week (excl heating costs) should you need the extra beds.

What's more, an even larger group of friends or families wishing to share their Tuscany experience can book both Le Selvette and Le Selvette Alte just 100 metres up the lane. Le Selvette Alte offers a swimming pool for guests of Le Selvette when booked together.

Because Le Selvette has no swimming pool and is set in the peaceful countryside, we think this is the perfect, economical mid-season and low-season venue for walkers, birdwatchers, artists or cyclists enjoying a memorable Tuscany villa holiday.
