Il Cherzo is a traditional farmhouse villa set in the midst of the rolling hills and fields of central Tuscany. Perched on the top of a hill, the accommodation commands spectacular views on all sides and is a short distance (5km) to the shops, bars and restaurants of the small village of Cinigiano. This is great walking or touring country and you are confronted with the beauty of Tuscany at every turn. You can even borrow mountain bikes at the villa and there is a small playground for children for when you want to relax at ‘home’ with the family.

There are three apartments at Il Cherzo, Il Papavero (the largest), La Margherita (on left at front) and this one, Il Girasole, (on 2 floors at rear), which share the stunning swimming pool with breathtaking views in a fenced-off area below the villa.

Il Girasole has a small fenced, covered patio at the rear with outdoor table and seating to relax in during the hot days of summer. There is an interconnecting gate with the La Margherita garden if you are sharing the two apartments with friends or family. You enter the house from the rear patio into the kitchen where there is a dining table and chairs and beyond, a spiral staircase taking you up to the spacious double bedroom. This also has a single bed, a TV set and a comfortable sofa with an en suite bathroom (with shower) leading off.
