As guests at this comfortable and convenient apartment, you have a little patio where you can enjoy an al fresco drink or meal as you look out onto the lovely garden with its shrubs and flowers and the sweeping view up the valley beyond.

Paganico, only 1km stroll down the lane, has all the shops you'll need for your Tuscan holiday. It also has bus and train links that will get you around the rest of Tuscany. Or you can drive from there via the E78 highway direct to Siena, only 45km away, or on to Florence approximately 65km beyond.

Da Lucia is ideal for off-season breaks when the weather isn't so hot as to demand a swimming pool. We think it would be perfect as an economical choice for birdwatcher, ramblers, cyclists, artists - or just to relax and read in the warm Tuscany climate outside of the July/August high-season.
