Casa Piera is a traditional brick Tuscany villa in the quiet countryside only 5km from the historic fortified hilltop town of Lucignano. Yet for all its peace and seclusion, Casa Piera is only 10 minutes drive to the main Florence/Rome highway ( E35/A1) and only a little further to the main Siena highway (E78/N126). That means you can enjoy quick and easy day trips to Arezzo, Montepulciano, Chianciano Terme and Siena from Casa Piera.

Casa Piera is surrounded by a beautiful garden and offers a covered pergola draped with glorious wisteria vine for sheltering from the midday sun. A refreshing 9x6m swimming pool in the garden also beckons on those hot Tuscan summer days.

The villa itself is presented on two floors and is lovingly restored in the Sienese style with wood beam & brick tile ceilings and terracotta floors throughout. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a cooking area, a large fireplace, a table with benches and chairs, and a three-quarter size sofa bed. The bathroom and two bedrooms are upstairs. You also benefit from a washing machine and dishwasher, an oven and a BBQ.
