This traditional Tuscany villa is located in the countryside near the charming villages of Gavorrano (5km) and Caldana (7km) as well as the gorgeous beaches of Follonica (20km). At Podere Luigi, you are surrounded by fragrant olive groves, mimosa and fields to create a special, peaceful ambiance that evokes the true spirit of Tuscany.

The farm itself comprises three buildings with three apartments in the main building (Ciliegio, Mimosa and Quercia) and two independent apartments in separate buildings (Olivo and Viticcio). All guests at Podere Luigi can enjoy the sparkling swimming pool set in the large, beautiful garden.

This apartment, Mimosa, is a three-room apartment also on the ground floor of the main building and is the closest apartment to the swimming pool. Mimosa offers a living room with a cooking area containing a dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. You also benefit from a fireplace and a double sofa bed. The two bedrooms and bathroom are off this area. At Mimosa, you also have your own private patio area for al fresco dining and relaxing at the end of the day.
