Our Pisa zone encompasses the region centred on this wonderful historic city and also includes the areas around Lucca and Livorna to give you a huge choice of villa types and locations. This varied and picturesque zone will have considerable appeal to our UK guests as it is close to Pisa Airport and therefore more accessible and quicker to drive to than some of the other zones further south and inland.

As you know, Pisa is home of the Camposanto complex with its world-famous Leaning Tower and magnificent cathedral. 'Culture vultures' will also be drawn to the medieval town of Lucca with its fine old fortifications and churches - while the beaches of Livorno will beckon lovers of sun, sea and sand. What's more, there are excellent motorway and highway links to Florence, San Gimignano and Volterra for exciting excursions to add a bit of variety to your Spirit of Tuscany holiday.

Inland, you will experience the same solitude and serenity as elsewhere in Tuscany, with classic views of rolling hills, manicured olive groves, regimented vineyards and stately rows of cypress trees.
