The property boasts a large, private terraced garden at the rear that is beautifully landscaped with olive trees, wood fencing, a swimming pool and a pergola for shelter from the mid-day sun. At Il Rustico, you are only 17km from the long sandy beaches of this part of the region and a few km from the village of Buriano with its post office, shops, restaurants and bars.

Il Rustico offers three apartments in a large, traditional stone town house on a short little dead-end lane. Macina is on the first floor, Olivo occupies the ground and first floors while Ziro is on the ground floor. All three of these charming apartments have their own private entrances and are lovingly restored and equipped with all the mod cons to ensure a memorable Tuscany villa holiday.

Macina has a door at the rear opening onto the patio. Once up the internal stairs, you enter the kitchen/dining area with a small TV on a satellite service plus dining table and chairs. Large French doors (with a protective railing) open out over the garden and the magnificent views beyond. The two bedrooms and bathroom are off the kitchen/dining area, while above is the mezzanine level with its comfortable double sofa bed and stylish coffee table.
