Il Poggiolo offers complete privacy with its own beautiful garden surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and fields. From here, you are handy to Grosseto (5km) and the seaside (17km) - both bustling centres with shops, bars and restaurants. Il Poggiolo offers guests a large (5x10m) swimming pool and you are ideally-located for exploring the beautiful Tuscany countryside either on foot, by bike or by car.

This apartment, Il Orleandra, is on the left of the central building and has its own private entrance at the rear. At Il Orleandra, you can enjoy warm evenings on the patio after a relaxing Tuscan meal cooked in the well-equipped kitchen inside. Apart from the spacious kitchen/living room, the ground floor contains two double bedrooms and a bathroom, with another two double bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor.
