Drive through the shady mountain village of Campiglia D’Orcia and down a little lane and you will discover Campotondo - a peaceful collection of typical stone Tuscany villas. You can park in a purpose-built shaded parking area beneath the apartments and enjoy the most relaxing and comfortable holiday imaginable. You are within walking distance (200 metres back up the lane) of the shops in Campiglia D’Orcia where you will find a pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, bank, several restaurants and more stunning views!

Campotondo consists of three buildings: Fiordaliso and La Ginestra in one villa on the left along with Tulipano and Ciclamino in another villa beside it. Both these villas with their four apartments overlook the swimming pool and command spectacular, far-reaching views over the magnificent Orcia Valley. Il Girasole is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment upstairs in the large villa (called 'Il Campotondo') on the other side of the lane.

Ciclamino is an immaculate, 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor below Tulipano and overlooking the swimming pool. It is traditionally restored in typical Tuscan style with old Tuscan stone, original wood beam ceilings and tiled floors. As with all the apartments at Campotondo, Ciclamino has its own entrance and use of the swimming pool.

Quaint, private and with stunning views, Campotondo is one of our favourites and we would recommend it unhesitatingly for the perfect Tuscany villa holiday.
